A city bus that may have crossed paths with a police chase veered off a Queens road and into a two-story house Saturday after T-boning a car that had swerved in its path, officials and witnesses said.
A dozen passengers suffered minor injuries, but no one in the house was hurt.
The car had been seen fleeing cops shortly before the crash, witnesses told the Daily News. After colliding with the Chrysler 2000, the bus swerved off the road, slammed two parked cars and rammed through a metal fence and into the side of a two-story house, witnesses said.
Twelve passengers were rushed to area hospitals with minor injuries.

No one inside the house was hurt – though the mayhem jarred the homeowner, was celebrating his 74th birthday, and his family, said a resident. “I was washing the dishes with my sister and I heard a big bang,” said 16-year-old Diamond Dillon. “I was terrified.”
The mangled remains of the white Chrysler that started the mayhem were visible at the scene hours after the crash.
Its driver was arrested, police said, and charges were pending.
