Big Rig Crash Closes Highway 60 In Pomona, California

The westbound 60 Freeway in Pomona was closed Monday morning due to a FedEx big rig crash that damaged the center divider.

No injuries were reported in the crash near the Reservoir Street exit, about 30 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. All westbound lanes and one eastbound lane were closed overnight as crews removed the truck and cleared debris.

The big rig driver told authorities another driver cut him off on the freeway, which was wet due to overnight rain.

Lanes reopened at about 6:30 a.m.
