December 11, 2014 – Brooklyn, NY: Supreme Court Judge David Schmidt arrives at his home in Flatlands. According to a lawsuit filed today Judge Schmidt is accused of sexually harassing his secretary with lewd comments, stories of his sexual encounters and making her buy lingerie for his mistress. The victim claims she was unfairly fired after refusing Schmidt’s advances.
